Tree cutting and felling services

Tree felling involves cutting the tree down to the ground, then disposing of the tree residue in appropriate places. There are several techniques for felling a tree. The most commonly used technique involves climbing the tree using spurs and the necessary safety equipment to eliminate any risk to the tree pruner (trimmer, climber, arborist, fitter) and the environment around the work area.

In the second stage, using a rope, tie and cut the branches, bringing them back to the tree’s central axis (the trunk). The tree is then cut into sections and arranged. This is one of the oldest techniques still in use today.

The second technique is virtually the same: cut and dismantle the tree on its central axis in sections, using rope. However, we carry out the work using a bucket truck (see images of our specialized equipment in the Our Equipment section). This technique enables us to cut down dangerous trees that we couldn’t cut down the old-fashioned way. This technique is extremely safe for the operator, the environment, people, and your property.

When you know your tree has to be felled, it’s to your advantage to act as quickly as possible to limit damage and costs.

If you wait too long and your tree deteriorates, it will be impossible to climb it to cut it down. The work will then require more specialized machinery such as bucket trucks, cranes and other equipment, and more care in felling your tree, which will increase both the duration and the cost of the work.

What’s more, if you wait too long, dead, diseased, dry, rotten and brittle branches, infested with insects or disease, fungus and the like, could fall on infrastructure such as your house or electrical wires and injure people.
